Spencers Gourmet Trading was established more than 30 years ago by Spencer Ingleton, an Anglo-Indian. He immigrated to Western Australia carrying with him his family's recipes and the dream of bringing the world of authentic flavours to Australia.

Keeping the dream alive to this day, Spencers travels to every corner of the globe returning with the most exotic herbs & spices and finest ingredients: Garlic and onions from China, herbs from Europe, Israel and Turkey, spices from India, rice from Thailand and Pakistan, peppercorns from Sarawak and Vanilla Beans from Papua New Guinea. Using authentic recipes and traditional techniques, Spencers recreates the best that every nation has to offer, right here in Western Australia.
