Lemon Myrtle Leaves
Lemon myrtle has a unique aroma that is 'more lemony than lemon' and a very intensive warm taste with hints of lemongrass, lime and lemon.
Uses:
Use Spencers Lemon Myrtle Leaves as an exquisite herbal tea infusion and add 1-2 leaves late in the cooking of seafood, meat and vegetable recipes requiring a lemon flavour.
