Ground mustard is made from the ground seeds of the mustard plant. It has no aroma when dry, but a hot flavour is released when it is mixed with liquid.

Uses:
The natural heat of ground mustard is activated by added moisture. Water, wine and vinegar all produce different levels of heat and flavour. Spencers Ground Mustard's hot and spicy flavour enhances meats, poultry, sauces, and salad dressings.
