White pepper is the dried berry of Piper nigrum, a large vine indigenous to India and Africa. Ripening berries are picked, soaked and rubbed to remove the outer skin. The berries are then dried and remain white.

Uses:
Add Spencers Whole White Peppercorns to light coloured sauces for a mild, warm flavour without the colour contrast.
