
Sumac has a pleasant sour and astringent taste. It comes from the berry of the Sumac Bush, dried and ground into a deep crimson powder.
Uses:
Sprinkle Spencers Sumac on grilled fish and meats before cooking. Garnish salads, avocados, tomatoes and onions and mix with yoghurt.
