Garlic Prawns
Serves 4
Preparation: 10 mins | Cooking: 2 mins
Ingredients:
250g butter, softened
25g Spencers garlic steak rub
250g prawns, peeled and deveined
Method:
- Mix butter and garlic steak rub in a mixing bowl until well combined. Form into a roll with plastic food wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Thread prawns onto bamboo skewers then place slices of the garlic butter onto prawn skewers.
- Grill, BBQ or pan fry prawns for 1 minute each side until golden. Serve with a garden salad or steamed vegetables.
- NB/ use remaining butter to make garlic bread; melt onto steak, poultry or fish or enhance the flavour of roasted vegetables.
