Lamb Koftas with Mint & Coriander Yoghurt

Serves 4
Preparation: 40 mins | Cooking: 5 mins

Ingredients:
450g lamb mince
2 tsp Spencers coriander ground
2 tsp Spencers cumin ground
2 tsp Spencers garlic chopped
1 tsp Spencers pepper ground
½ tsp Spencers chilli ground
1 cup plain yoghurt
¼ cup mint, finely chopped
¼ cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp Spencers garlic chopped, extra

Method:
  1. Add lamb, coriander, cumin, garlic, pepper and chilli to a bowl and mix until well combined. Press spiced mince onto wooden skewers and rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook lamb koftas on the BBQ or in a hot griddle plan for 3-4 minutes each side.
  3. Combine yoghurt, mint, coriander and extra garlic in a bowl and season to taste. Serve mint & coriander yoghurt with lamb koftas and Indian breads.
