500g beef mince
1 onion, coarsely grated
½ cup Anchor Original Breadcrumbs
1 tsp. Spencers Mixed Herbs
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Salt & pepper
Combine the mince, onions, breadcrumbs, herbs, sauce and egg in a large mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
Using wet hands roll spoonful’s of mixture into balls.
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.
Add the meatballs and cook in batches, turning occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove and drain on paper towel.
Serve on platters with toothpicks and dipping sauce.
