Ingredients

450g lamb mince

2 tsp Spencers Coriander ground

2 tsp Spencers Cumin ground

2 tsp Spencers Chopped Garlic

1 tsp Spencers Pepper Ground

½ tsp Spencers Chilli Ground

 

Mint & Coriander Yoghurt

1 cup plain yoghurt

¼ cup mint, finely chopped

¼ cup coriander leaves, finely chopped

1 tsp Spencers Chopped Garlic, extra

Preparation

  1. Add lamb, coriander, cumin, garlic, pepper and chilli to a bowl and mix until well combined. Press spiced mince onto wooden skewers and rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  2. Cook lamb koftas on the BBQ or in a hot griddle plan for 3-4 minutes each side.

  3. Combine yoghurt, mint, coriander and extra garlic in a bowl and season to taste. Serve mint & coriander yoghurt with lamb koftas and Indian breads.
