8 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp Spencers Lemon Pepper Seasoning
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp Spencers Grated Ginger
2 tsp Spencers Chopped Garlic
Juice and zest of 1 orange
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp raw sugar
1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
1 cup chicken stock
Preheat oven to 180°C. Coat chicken in lemon pepper seasoning.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chicken for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown. Transfer to a casserole dish.
Fry ginger and garlic in frying pan for 1 minute before adding orange juice and zest, soy sauce, raw sugar, chilli and chicken stock. Bring to the boil then pour over chicken.
Cook in oven for 45 minutes. Serve with rice and vegetables.
